Viewing trips are a vital part of buying a home overseas. By taking our customized 1,2 or even 3,4 day inspection trips you will have the opportunity to view properties, tailored specifically to meet your requirements and to familiarize yourself with the area where you plan to purchase. During your visit one of our team will give you a gentle introduction to the place of your choice, show you around and accompany you to see properties that suit your desires. The trip includes transfers from/to the airport, hotel accommodation (minimum 3-star hotels, BB basis) and transport in a deluxe air conditioned van.

On the day of your arrival we will meet you at the airport and take you to your hotel. The following days involve the actual property inspection visits. One of our friendly and experienced representatives will escort you to ensure you are only shown properties that satisfy your specific requirements without being pressurised to buy, to offer advice, answer questions about the region and to provide additional information where appropriate. On the last day of your inspection trip you will be transferred back to the airport for your flight home. With this schedule you can make most of your time inspecting property and still have some leisure hours to explore the local landmarks, attractions and facilities so that you can get a really good feel for the region.
